A bit of background…

Marsdens developments were renovating their offices and downsizing.

They wanted full infrastructure to support them but also to be able to let out additional office space and provide connectivity for their tenants as part of the let.

The solution

Yappl implemented the following solutions:

We designed and built a new network, which was both wired and wireless, that is secure and fully segregated, meaning that Marsdens could provide a network for each tenant as well as themselves with a highly resilient and fast internet connection.

  • We enabled multiple tenants to operate from a single network infrastructure, so minimising outlay on hardware and cabling.
  • We provided an always-on connection with backup in case of emergency failure.
  • Each tenant has their own private network.
  • All tenants can roam seamlessly around the entire building connected to their own network.
