Following the implementation of the hosted telephone solution we then looked to implement a significant connectivity upgrade in order to improve their broadband services at the site.
We provided the business with a CallSwitch Contact Centre Hosted Telephone solution which catered for 64 users. This was a combination of desk phones, mobile applications and softphones for PC/Laptops. We also replaced their current broadband connectivity with a leased line internet connection.
